Founded in 2022 and launching production in early 2025, Blue Hills is Turkmenistan's new-generation paper manufacturer, dedicated to producing premium white office paper for both local and international markets. Equipped with cutting-edge technology and a strong focus on quality, we manufacture smooth, bright, and durable paper tailored for high-speed copiers, printers, and publishing applications.
